Travelling to Amsterdam Airport
Schiphol by train is not only fast but also very convenient. You
can travel to Schiphol from any railway station in the
Netherlands. In most cases you will not need to change trains
more than once. You will arrive under Schiphol Plaza, in the
central hall of the Terminal. This is located nearby the
check-in desks, so that you can check in immediately and also
check in your baggage.
Dropping passengers off
When you are only dropping someone
off, you can always do this in front of the terminal building.
From the Schiphol exit of the A4 motorway, follow the signs
'Departures'. These will take you to the road that runs in front
of the three departure halls. Alongside the road there are large
signs that show which airlines are located in each departure
hall. You may stop only briefly on this road to let passengers
get out and unload baggage.
